Enjoy a safe place to reflect on your challenges in 2019 through both two-dimensional and three-dimensional art-making. Learn how to process changes and difficulties through the lens of appreciation for the inner strength, support system, spiritual guidance, and/or inspiration that allowed you to get through. Art supplies and a light lunch included.
